Cancellation Policy
We all know life gets hectic, although we would appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations. This gives us the opportunity to fill the scheduled spot. If any deposit has been made on the scheduled service, it will be up to our discretion if the deposit will still be applied to future services or non refundable. A cancellation fee of 20% of the service will be charged on new clients that have not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.if it is an emergency please call or text before the time of your appointment and we will make arrangements to get you re-booked. New customers that do not show up for their scheduled appointment without a cancellation notice will not be re-booked.
